- Farmers’ Welfare Commission: Establishment of a dedicated commission to address the concerns of farmers.
- Financial Support for Martyrs’ Families: A commitment of ₹2 crore for the families of martyred soldiers.
- Employment Generation: Promotion of labor-intensive units to create job opportunities.
- Reconstitution of the Haryana Minority Commission: A pledge to restructure the commission to better serve minority communities.

The Congress had already introduced seven ‘guarantees,’ which include:
- A legal guarantee for Minimum Support Price (MSP).
- A caste survey to assess social demographics.
- Gas cylinders priced at ₹500 each.
- A monthly financial aid of ₹2,000 for women aged 18 to 60.
- A pension of ₹6,000 per month for the elderly, disabled, and widows.
- Creation of 200,000 permanent government jobs.
- Provision of 300 units of free electricity and free medical treatment up to ₹25 lakh.

The announcement event featured prominent leaders, including Haryana Congress chief Udai Bhan, Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda, and former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
